Hotel La Vila Soller, Soller

Staying above Soller's main square was a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfy, even though they were down the steep stairs. The location was superb, directly facing the square and church, making it brilliant for walking around and having easy access to various services. The dining was of good size but somewhat limited in options. Despite some areas for improvement, the service by the lovely staff was super helpful. The hotel offers a lot of character and is located right in the lively center of Soller.

Overlooking the square with sublime saxophone playing on Friday nights, the hotel offers large rooms that are spacious and overlook the garden, despite being up steep stairs without a lift. The rooms have an odd odor, but it is tolerable. The location is superb for walking with easy access to mountain routes, being in close proximity to the train station to/from Palma and tram services to/from Port de Soller, surrounded by excellent restaurants.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms on the first floor, number 1, offer a wonderful view of the square, the bank, and the church. They are really quiet and have lovely views. The room was clean, airy, and quiet at night, located at the very top of the building.
